PX Clothing (“PX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Hard Edge company, takes your privacy very seriously. We are committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy of visitors to our website, www.pxclothing.com, including mobile versions of our website (“Sites”), and of customers who place orders over the phone. This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way PX uses and protects the information that we may collect about individuals who utilize the Sites and/or purchase products from us.
This policy describes the limited circumstances in which we collect personal information, why we collect it and how we use it. Our policy also describes the choices you can make about how we collect and use your information.
BY SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO PX, AND/OR BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SITES, YOU AGREE TO PX’S COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
What kind of Personal Information does PX collect?
We may collect different types of personal and other information based on your use of our products and services and our relationship with you (“Personal Information”). Some examples of Personal Information we may collect include:
Information you give us.
- Contact information (such as your name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, and e-mail address);
- Payment information (such as your payment card details, financial account information, security codes, and billing address);
- Purchase information (i.e., previous shipping and billing addresses, and quantities of items purchased);
- Account Information (if you elect to create an online account with PX, in which Personal Information will be stored for future use);
- Information provided in an online job application or employment-related correspondence (such as information about your education and work history and past salaries);
- Other personal information you may provide to us (i.e., images of you wearing PX clothing, or information in customer reviews you may post).
Automatically-collected information.
Also, when you visit our Sites, our systems may collect certain information via automated means. For example, our systems may collect information about your activity on the Sites (i.e., pages you visit, address of a referring website (if any), identifiers for your mobile device, and Internet Protocal (IP) address) for a number of purposes. Such information is collected using automated technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and server log files. A “cookie” is a text file that our website would send to your computer or mobile device to identify your browser or to store information or settings in your browser. A “web beacon” (also known as a pixel tag or Internet tag) links web pages to web servers and their cookies and may be used to transmit information through cookies back to a server. A “server log” tracks which webpages you visit on our Sites.
We use services, such as Google Analytics, as well as other third party vendors that place first-party and/or third-party cookies on a browser across our websites. To opt out of Google tracking, please visit their opt-out page. We place a cookie on a browser, and then Google reads these cookies and may serve an ad on a 3rd party site. You may opt out of this ad serving on Google’s opt out page. We may use this automatically-collected information to help tailor the ads you may see on the Sites. Further, we use this information to operate, maintain, and manage our Sites. How does PX use my Personal Information?
We may use your Personal Information in the following ways:

- Address any problems with and improve our Sites design, products, and services;

Does PX share my Personal Information with Others?
PX does not sell your Personal Information to third parties. PX may share your personal information with parent companies (Eliot Khodari LLC), subsidiaries, and affiliated PX companies. PX requires these entities to comply fully with this Privacy Policy.
PX may share your Personal Information with outside companies that perform services on our behalf (i.e., shipping product, processing payments) as necessary for them to perform those services. PX requires those non-PX companies to have reasonable safeguards in place to protect any Personal Information they may receive in a manner consistent with applicable law.
Further, PX may share information collected by cookies and other automated means with sites you link to from the Sites, or from PX’s sites at social media providers (such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instragram) that you visit by clicking through from our Sites. Please note that while PX does not capture or store your login information or any other personally identifiable information for Twitter, Facebook, and other social networks, their websites may store session information or cookies on your computer or wireless phone.
In Other Circumstances: Other than as noted above, we may provide Personal Information to non-PX companies or other third parties for purposes such as:
- In the unlikely event of a sale of some or all of our business, we will disclose your personal information to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy
- To comply with laws or regulations or in response to a valid subpoena, order, or government request, or to protect the rights of PX or others.
Our Online Privacy Policy for Children
The Sites are not designed to attract children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that a customer is under the age of 13 and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable registration information from our files. Further, a child’s parent or legal guardian can request that Personal Information of their child be deleted from our records, if any such information has been provided to PX. Safeguarding Your Personal Information The security of your Personal Information is important to us. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet, we will take reasonable steps to help ensure the privacy and security of your Personal Information. We have implemented encryption or other appropriate security controls to protect Personal Information when stored or transmitted by PX to vendors assisting with your orders and/or payment. We require non-PX companies acting on our behalf to have reasonable safeguards in place to protect any Personal Information they may receive in a manner consistent with applicable law.
However, you understand and agree that such steps do not guarantee that use of the Sites is invulnerable to all security breaches, and that PX makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation that use of any of our Sites is protected from viruses, security threats or other vulnerabilities.
There are several measures you can take to protect your Personal Information. One option is simply not to volunteer it to us. The Federal Trade Commission’s site, www.ftc.gov, also offers useful information about how to protect personally-identifiable information provided online. If you are not comfortable shopping online at any of our Sites, please feel free to place your order with us by telephone at the phone number listed in the “Contact Us” section of our Sites and provided in the “How To Contact Us” section below.
Social Media and Personal Information PX uses a variety of new technologies and social media options to communicate and interact with consumers, and has links to certain social media provider available on its Sites and Mobile App. When interacting with the PX presence on those websites, you may reveal certain Personal Information to PX or to third parties. Except when used by a PX employee for the purpose of responding to a specific message or request, PX will not use, share, or retain your Personal Information.
PX has four (4) Social Media accounts: https://www.facebook.com/PXclothing, https://twitter.com/PXClothing, https://instagram.com/pxclothing/,and https://vimeo.com/pxclothing with clickable links on the Sites to take visitors to the PX account at each of these locations. PX does not collect, use or disclose any information about visitors who comment or 'like' the PX Facebook site, link tweets to the PX Twitter account or follow PX on Twitter or Instagram, or watch PX’s videos. Personal Information is gathered and protected by those Social Media companies under the terms of their own privacy policies, which control activity on their sites.
Links to Other Sites We may offer links to sites or to social media providers that are not operated by PX. If you visit one of these linked sites, or access social media from our Sites, you should review the privacy and other policies of those other sites.
Further, PX products may be offered for sale in other non-affiliated stores. Data collected in these stores or on their websites is the property of the respective stores and is not provided to PX, and those websites of those resellers would be governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use.
Limitation on Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL PX OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THESE ENTITIES HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION, UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THE SITES.
